what's my story?

I am an ICF PCC Executive Coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and coaching. With a background as both an internal leader and external coach, I have a proven track record of driving growth and transformation in individuals and organizations.

 

I partner with individuals, teams, and both emerging and senior leaders to help them align their careers with their values and purpose. My holistic coaching approach focuses on strengths, fostering clarity, building confidence, and sustainable change. Clients appreciate my deep corporate knowledge, combined with a human, engaging, and approachable style that makes transformation feel achievable.

 

Previously, I held leadership roles in management consulting and Big 4 accounting firms in the U.S. Since 2014, I have been an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant in the UK and Europe, working with clients across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

 

Passionate about helping leaders reach their full potential, I blend strategic insight with a collaborative coaching style to drive meaningful, lasting impact.

 

I live in the UK with my husband, twin teenage daughters, and Labradoodle, Bjorn. When I'm not coaching, I enjoys singing and playing tennis - usually not at the same time!
